Allana played for Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013 and then sustained a series of injuries to her knees which made Allana onto the sidelines. Allana returned to playing cricket after some time. Allana made her women's debut in rugby league against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana has also added radio to her game, regularly appearing on the highest-rated Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana has also earned a teaching diploma. Allana Ferguson enjoys the rare distinction to have represented Australia at three different sports events: Rugby Sevens as well as Rugby League and Touch. Allana Ferguson, the Jillaroos' top player in rugby is forced to end her career in the league due to tearing her ACL four times. The 25-year-old had previously torn the ligament on the same knee when she was 15 17 and 20-years-old and after a fourth tear this meant that Ferguson's playing time was over. Ferguson, JILLAROOS playmaker and fourth year ACL injury victim, was forced to leave in the early hours. Ferguson was injured in November, during a training session.
